Export Saved Search
Export metadata view fields from a Saved Search to a CSV document.
Overview
The Export Saved Search integration allows a customer to export a CSV from a saved search with an associated metadata view. The metadata fields within the view are defined by the customer.
The metadata fields within the view are configurable by the customer.
Save your Search
Following along with the official iconik documentation on Saved Searches, create teh saved search you want to preserve for future use.
Export the Search
Select the Custom Action as highlighted in Image 1 - Export Saved Search Custom Action.
- Select the elipsis menu
- Click on
Edit Contentin the context menu. - From the additional Context Menu Select the
Export Saved SearchCustom Action option.

Receive the CSV report
You will receive a signed URL link to both your user notifications in iconik an Email as per Image 2 - ESS iconik Notification and Image 3 - ESS Email Notification respectively.

This report will follow the following naming convention
savedsearchexport_tenant-id_dateTime
Example:savedsearchexport_75f5680c-9a61-47ac-a036-bb7f1fc31b4a_2025-01-03T16_29_29.654Z.csv
This link expires at the max threshold of 7 days which is alerted to the user.
