What Support Contract is in place.

As a default, we provide an internal best-effort support process for all our customers, triaging based on severity. Typically you will receive a response by the next business day. We continuously monitor the platform to ensure maximum uptime.

For customers who pay for enterprise support, the response time and triage process is outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined by your enterprise contract.
